Military Order of the Stars and Bars Colonel William H. Parsons Chapter 273 Ennis, Texas

The Col. Parsons chapter meets quarterly on the fourth Thursday of the first month of each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct.)  Meeting times and places vary.  The chapter is very active in color guard activities as well as placement of flags on the Confederate veterans' graves on Memorial Day.
